Hello,
I'm Rob Bell, from Wakefield, West Yorkshire, in England - Welcome to my website.
I'm a Marketing Professional of 15 years experience marketing technology products, creating new markets and introducing cutting edge technologies to the marketplace. I'm a former award-winning Chartered Marketer turned work-at-home entrepreneur after 2 extreme sports accidents resulted in my having limited mobility. I now run several businesses in marketing and internet related fields, as well as other ventures in the wedding industry, international events, music industry and others I keep secret :) .
I'm sponsored by the Leonard Cheshire Ready to Start program for disabled entrepreneurs, without whom I might never have returned to work after my injuries. My Mentor, Susan Greenwood from Disability Enterprise Support, does a fantastic job of helping me and providing motivation when I'm down.
I'm a computer addict of almost 30 years experience, using computers and technology to add value to my business and personal life, and teaching others to benefit from computing - I even have qualifications in network administration. I study both marketing and computer-related news and website constantly in order to keep my knowledge fresh - currently I read 79 blogs at least twice a week (via RSS)! I'd be absolutely lost without my access to the 'Net, and am quick to get into British Telecom when they mess it up - I changed to BT Business recently, and am finding the service much improved.
I'm always on the lookout for new sites and applications that could add value to my clients and myself, and am most definitely a Child of Electronica!
I work with, research and evaluate a myriad of social media as tools for building audiences to hear and act on your messages - benefitting your business through smart usage of social networks and bookmarking sites. Curently Twitter comprises a large proportion of my work, as I build brands and leads for clients using the new darling of the Web.

This site's currently being redesigned and fresh content generated to make the site more focused, and to provide the best benefits to you online entrepreneurs. The site's going to grow considerably over the coming weeks as new features and content are added. As soon as I get over my irrational fear of camcorders, the site will have videos too!
My businesses Ex Ignibus and Rob Bell Web Design have grown to the level where they need dedicated sites, focused on their objectives, and this site's no longer going to include the same products and services offered by either business.
So, if you want quality, clean website design that's search-engine friendly, visit Rob Bell Web Design
If you want to understand web applications and software as a service, to web enable your business, take advantage of social media and increase your local, national and global reach to win more customers, visit Ex Ignibus
I'm developing this site as the primary site for my marketing and internet training guides, lessons and courses that aim to help individuals like you make money and build your own online businesses. You'll be able to find resources to help you from your very first steps - setting up a website, finding a product to promote, free and low-cost methods to generate traffic, and much more.
I'm excited to be able to tell you about my new focus for Rob-Bell.com, and hope you'll keep on checking back to see how the site's developing.
To Your Success,

Rob Bell BSc(Hons), DipM
Marketing Boffin, Computer Addict and Social Media Ninja
I wrote the Ultimate Guide to Twitter in early 2009 after having used the service for some months, and studied Twitter and the applications around it quite intensely. Given the massive growth Twitter's experienced, I often chanced upon people who wanted to get started on Twitter, or had just got started but didn't really understand it.
I had amassed a substantial amount of knowledge and relative experience using the platform, so decided to write a guide to Twitter that would help the complete beginner to get started with Twitter, but also provide intermediate and advanced subjects so readers could increase their skills and begin to use Twitter to their benefit.
Many people said I should have charged for the guide, but I just wanted to get the word out to everyone about Twitter and how it could benefit you as it has so many thousands already - so it's completely free. I am writing an advanced guide currently, and I'll be charging for that!
Rob Bell's Ultimate Guide to Twitter first appeared on my blog, Notes from a Yorkshire Internet Megalomaniac - but after a number of requests, I reformatted it as a pdf document, which is available below. I hope it helps you on the path to Twitter Nirvana!
